CHANGE to Intention to Register: submissions 2018 onward

From 2018 onward, appllications for registration are submitted by creating a NEW USER account and completing the PERSONAL DETAILS and INTENTION to REGISTER online forms. The forms can be completed at any time however can only be submitted between 1st February (midday) and 8th February (midday).

The online forms replace the previous PART A form.

Acceptance of applications will be confirmed by email and an invoice sent for payment of the application fee of £220.

Applicant Guidelines, SOM Guidelines and the Portfolio Checklist document (supporting information) have been updated to reflect the online submission changes.

There has been no change to the portfolio content.
